Lake Loughnashade - Lake of Jewels
Beneath the shimmering waters of this lake rests a dragon, who vowed to protect the jewels belonging to the King of the Land. He would only surface when a lone piper would play his calming music. One day, while the musician was dozing by the water, he suddenly died. He slipped off the stone he was sitting on, and sank to the bottom of the lake, taking his pipes with him. No other piper could bring the dragon out of the lake, and there he remains with the jewels secure around his neck. Some days, one can hear the faint sound of the haunting pipes, yet the dragon remains intombed with the jewels. There has been the rare occasion when a lone scout has claimed to see the dragon, but before he can summon another to witness the event, the dragon moves back to the watery depths.
